2010 Mercury Milan Hybrid Review

One of the smoothest cars that we have review this year is the 2010 Mercury Milan Hybrid. It’s a bigger, more comfortable, more efficient hybrid than any of the previous models. This spacious hybrid sedan has 155 horsepower in a 4-cylinder engine that has the same electronically controlled continuously variable transmission as Ford’s new model hybrids. Also known as e-CVT.
The 2010 Mercury Milan Hybrid has a lighter and more compact nickel-metal hydride battery that puts out 25% more power. It also comes standard with the regenerative braking system that stores braking energy in the batteries, instead of wasting it. The Milan Hybrid runs at 47 mph in full electric mode, which is twice that of some new hybrids on the market.
Like many of the new hybrid vehicle models, the hybrid Milan has a new dashboard interface that allows you to feel like you are more aware of the green driving experience. The instrument cluster equipped on the 2010 Mercury Milan is Ford’s SmartGauge with EcoGuide. It has two LCD screens that display information on the car’s systems such as battery levels and fuel usage. Vines with leaves grow as a reward for gas efficient drivers.
The 2010 Mercury Milan Hybrid is a classy choice for the hybrid buyer that won’t let you down on power or comfort.
